With the exception of the discount for professionals, all Richway Biomats are sold at the same price for everyone. Be careful of distributors who offer discounts online; their Biomats are likely not to be covered by the three-year warranty.

All licensed professionals are eligible to receive a $100 manufacturer discount on all orders. Professionals may include chiropractors, RMTs, RNs, acupuncturists, dentists, certified energetic healers and others. To apply the discount to your order, please fax or email us a copy or photo of your license or certification before we can process your order. If you have questions about the documentation required, or whether you qualify, please contact us by email, phone or chat and we’ll do our best to answer your questions quickly.

We recommend always using the pillow while using your Biomat. The body can tolerate heats as high as 158 degrees, but it’s important to keep the head cool. The pillow is wrapped in crystals that keep the head cool. Those crystals also charge, capture and store the energetic frequency of the Biomat for use later when it’s not convenient to do a full session on the mat.

We ship internationally via UPS. Depending on the delivery address, additional shipping fees may apply. You will be responsible for paying any additional import taxes or fees that may apply.

The Biomat is supplied by Richway International USA. Since 1976, Richway has been manufacturing medical devices in Korea. After 20 years, they expanded their business and began offering health-enhancing products in the USA. In 2005, Richway joined forces with Fuji Bio-Science of Japan and developed the new amethyst Biomat.

All products listed on this website, with the exception of the amethyst pillow, have been approved by the US FDA, and are recognized as pain management medical devices. They have also been tested and approved by several other regulatory bodies, including the Underwriters Laboratories and the Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System. In the United States, Richway products are commonly prescribed by medical professionals – a testament to their efficacy and deep healing power.

No, but this may be largely be at the wishes of Richway. In Canada, registered medical devices must be sold at medical equipment stores. Should the Biomat become recognized by Health Canada, individual vendors of Biomat and other Richway products would no longer be able to sell them as individuals.

The Biomat was originally designed for home use. However, medical practitioners regularly use Biomats in their practice to enhance their services. This is absolutely safe. The home use recommendation is simply acts as a waiver for Richway, and ensures individuals without proper licensing and liability coverage do not offer treatments.

Amethyst emits far infrared light that is a natural part of the electromagnetic spectrum. Unlike other electronic devices such as electric blankets, however, the Biomat 7000MX is specifically designed to cut off all harmful electromagnetic radiation. It uses a monolithic integrated circuit (IC chip) composed of a semiconductor devices on the surface of a semiconductor material.
It’s important to block electromagnetic fields such as the AC current because the rates at which they pulse prevent the human body from being able to relax. With this harmful field present, the body isn’t able to reach a healing, regenerative state. The IC chip converts the AC to the DC current as it enters the mat, changing the frequency to match that of the body’s nervous system. The converted current acts as extra chi that are bodies are able to utilize in the healing process.

The Biomat contains absolutely no wires or coils. Far infrared rays are generated by a combination of the kurare ceramic superfiber and the negative ion-producing layers of the mat.

Check the grounding of the outlet where the mat is plugged in. Even if the light is off, the EMI continues to work. You will always be protected by the materials in the mat and the control box.

The Biomat is compatible with commonly available converters. You can also purchase a 220V Biomat; there is no extra charge but shipping may take up to six weeks.

The Biomat Mini is the perfect travel companion for long commutes, whether a road trip, or a daily commute for work. The Biomat Mini is compatible with any 100–125 Watt converter that plugs into your vehicles cigarette lighter. It is possible to use the Biomat Professional in a vehicle such as a van or an RV, however please note that a larger capacity converter is required (200–300 Watts). Both of these converters are available at any automotive or general purpose store.

Place your order online through the order form, or call us and we can take your order over the phone. The simplest way is by credit card. You may also use money orders or checks made payable to the Richway Fuji Inc. These will be mailed to the company in Hawaii and your order will be processed when received.

In Canada it normally takes one week from the date the order is placed unless the product is on back order. You can request a 2-day delivery with FedEx which will cost an additional $25 USD for each item.
In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or e-mail. If the delay is due to back order, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on back order, substitute to another item or cancel your order.

We try to ship within one to two business days upon receipt of payment. Shipping may take 7 to 14 days. Shipping times vary. We will notify you if there will be a significant delay in shipping your product(s) to you. Because we ship via UPS, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Shipping address must a physical address. Orders requiring rush delivery and/or special handling will be subject to additional special handling charges. When we receive an order requiring special handling we will inform you by email of any additional charges.

The Canadian government charges a taxes at the border, totaling 15% of the cost of the order.

Products can be shipped anywhere in the world. Fees are determined based on your country, city and address. In addition, a country tax (required) may be added to your order by FedEx.

Richway International Inc. warranty term is three years. If there are any problems with the product within this time, the company will repair or exchange the product. The complete warranty is included with the product. The manufacturers’ warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not pay for postage on returns. International customers are responsible for duty taxes and shipping if order is refused.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days, subject to a return authorization, and subject to less refund depending on refund period. You may cancel this transaction without any penalty or obligation within seven days after receipt of the product.

Item(s) must be shipped back to us. All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package. We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons.  We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.

Please pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the return authorization number issued by customer service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton.

Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid. We suggest that you use UPS ground service insured. We cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization number. Refund period: 1-7 days from date of delivery to receive full 100% refund. 8-14 days from date of delivery receive 70% refund. 15-30 days from date of delivery receive 50% refund. 31 or more days from delivery date receive 0% refund.

The Biomat is self-cleaning. Turn it up to the highest setting for 30 minutes to 1 hour for general cleaning purposes.
