Upgrading to our highly advanced Alkal-Life 7000sL™ is easy! Complete the following steps to receive your upgrade discount. Upgrade orders may be completed via phone, but certain documentation may be required for certain orders.
Upgrading from Alkal-Life 2000sL™/3000sL™ to Alkal-Life 7000sL™
- Provide the Richway Invoice (RI) number pertaining to your original Alkal-Life 2000sL™ or 3000sL™ purchase.
- If you are unable to locate this, we can try to search for your purchase history, but the purchase must be registered in your name for us to be able to do so.
- The RI number provided on the original purchase must not be associated with any past trade-in order.More information on the Trade-In value, obtaining an RMA #, placing an order, or mailing your product in, can be found here.
