We are happy to announce that effective October 13th, 2019, shipping for USA, Canada, Taiwan, and Korea will be free for standard shipping with UPS. Standard shipping times are 7-14 business days. Alaska is not included for free shipping.
We also offer expedited shipping which is an optional paid upgrade. Expedited shipping times are 2-5 business days. We do not ship on holidays or weekends.
Please Note:
- UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO/PO Box addresses.
- We can only ship to the billing address on your credit card. If you require shipping to a different address please contact your credit card company and have your shipping address added to your card.
- Delivery and processing schedule: Standard shipping only 7-14 business days, excluding weekends/holidays. This does not include any potential customs delays out of our control.
- Expedited shipping: Only available for USA (at additional cost, varies by item).
- Hawaii All transactions must include 4.712% general excise tax.
- Alaska: Additional charges will apply per item (varies by item).
- Peurto Rico and International shipping destinations: Call for shipping quote. Quote does not include VAT, customs, duties, brokerage fees, etc.
- Canada: Quote does not include taxes, customs, duties, brokerage fees, etc. Biomats are duty free due to medical device status. Prices in are US Dollars.
