This comprehensive overview should provide a clear understanding of the offerings and terms of the 2023 Black Friday & Winter Promo.

Which orders are eligible for the 2023 Black Friday & Winter Promo?

Orders submitted from Monday, November 12th, 2023, and reached a certain Sales Volume amount on a single order, will receive a Promotional Certificate sent to the customer’s email address on their file, if there is no email address, then the Promotional Certificate will be sent out by mail to the customer’s physical address.

2023 Black Friday & Winter Promo

1) Will the promotional item(s) be shipped with the order? How do I claim my promotional item(s)?

No, the redeemable promotional item(s) will not be shipped with the order. Once the order has been processed, a certificate to redeem the free item(s) will be generated and e-mailed to the customer (applicant) two (2) weeks following the order processing date. The certificate will have a list of the eligible promotional items that the customer can choose from. Customers are also eligible to select an item from a lower tier list on the promotional flyer.
E.g. If a customer spent $3,100 on a single order and receive a Promotional Certificate with a list of items from the $3,000 tier list, the customer can still select an item from the $700, $1,500, or $2,000 tier list. Shipping and handling not included. If the customer has not provided an e-mail address, the certificate will be mailed out via US mail. Mail service is offered to US and Canadian residents.

2) What is the expiration date of the promotional coupon?

The expiration date is three (3) months from the issue date.

3) Will the Biomat® Professional purchased using the $100 discount count towards the Black Friday and Winter Promotion?

Yes, the $100 Discounted Biomats® will count towards the Black Friday & Winter Promo. Professional discounts are not available for Winter Bundle Sale items.

4) How much is shipping? Are all the promotional items available for international shipping? How does international shipping work?

Customs, VAT, and import fees may be assessed based on the full retail value of the promotional item.

5) Is expedited shipping available for promotional items?

Yes, expedited shipping is only available within the US. The Expedited Price List can be found here.

6) What happens if I cancel, return, or refund and an item that is part of a bundle?

If any item that is part of a promotion bundle is cancelled, returned, or refunded:
-The promotional certificate will not be distributed, and the remaining items will be charged for full retail price.
-The sponsor will forfeit the business centers for that order.

7) Can I return or exchange the free promotional items? Are the Black Friday & Winter Promo Promotional items covered under warranty?

All Black Friday & Winter Promotional items are “all sales final” and cannot be exchanged for other items, unless damaged or defective. Please refer to the Product Warranty Policy Guide which can be found here.
